About Wellness by Mads

I’ve been an athlete my whole life, from competitive dance and track to weightlifting, boxing, and yoga. As a personal trainer, I’m here to help you build strength safely and sustainably. Fitness should be challenging, empowering, and fit to your lifestyle.

When I’m not training, you’ll usually find me getting creative or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Looking ahead, I hope to spend time abroad, learning from different cultures about their approaches to fitness and nutrition.
